MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
Dispatching technical services
Project Management of ongoing work
Creating materials list for new projects
Negotiating contractor pay rates, etc.
Ideal candidate would work across several departments of the company to ensure that workflow is continuing as anticipated.
Work with Sales Dept. to prepare quotes.
Work with Technical Writing Dept. to ensure clear Scope-of-work (SOW).
Work with CAD Dept. to ensure accurate drawings and diagrams.
Work with Accounting Dept. to ensure that we have the correct materials ordered for each dispatch/project.
Able to interface with our clients to gather intel on dispatch work and projects.
Able to work with Vendor relations to establish technical partners across the USA.
